By accessing or using RTTools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

RTTools is a financial analysis and market backtesting platform operated by Redeker Analytics LLC. These terms govern your use of the platform and all associated services.

2. Description of Service

RTTools provides trading analysis tools including:

• MA Backtester — Moving average backtesting with ATR and Kelly criterion sizing
• Smart DCA — Dollar-cost averaging analysis with technical indicators
• Watchlist — Asset monitoring and tracking tools

3. User Accounts and Credits

Access to RTTools features is governed by a credit system:

• Each plan includes a set number of credits that reset monthly
• Credits expire 30 days from issuance regardless of plan tier
• Extra credits purchased separately do not expire unless the account is deactivated
• Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period
• Extra credits are consumed before monthly plan credits

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. RTTools is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

RTTools offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free — 10 credits/month, limited assets and timeframes
• Starter ($9.90/mo) — 60 credits/month, all crypto assets, Daily timeframe
• Pro ($19.90/mo) — 200 credits/month, all features including multiple timeframes and exclusive Pro features

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits, plan restrictions, or access controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Share account credentials with third parties
• Use automated scripts or bots to consume credits or access the API
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

RTTools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data, backtesting results, or analysis provided through the platform.

Market data is sourced from third-party providers (including CoinGecko and Polygon) and may be subject to delays, gaps, or inaccuracies. While we make every effort to deliver results that are as accurate and realistic as possible, all analysis is derived from historical price data and does not predict future market behavior.

AI-generated content produced by the X-Ray feature is provided for educational purposes only. It is generated automatically based on historical metrics and does not represent the opinion of a licensed financial professional. RTTools is not responsible for any trading or investment decisions made based on any information, analysis, or AI-generated content provided by the platform.

RTTools is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The platform and all its features — including but not limited to the MA Backtester, Smart DCA, Watchlist, and the X-Ray AI analysis feature — are designed exclusively for educational and informational purposes.

By creating an account with RTTools, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account, including but not limited to: account verification, password reset, subscription confirmations, and billing notifications.

If you begin a subscription checkout and do not complete it, you may receive a one-time reminder email to help you resume your purchase. This is a transactional communication directly related to your initiated action and is not a marketing campaign.
