At RTTools, operated by Redeker Analytics LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a limited refund window to give you peace of mind, while protecting against misuse of our platform credits.
Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
✓ Subscription Plan Refunds
We offer refunds on subscription plan purchases under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase, and the account must have consumed no more than 2 credits from the subscription balance.
Request within 24 hours of purchase with 2 or fewer credits consumed
Request after 24 hours, or more than 2 credits have been consumed
This policy applies to all subscription tiers: Starter ($9.90/mo) and Pro ($19.90/mo).
✗ Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Extra credit top-ups: Additional credit packs purchased separately are not eligible for refunds once the transaction is processed.
- Partially consumed subscriptions: Subscriptions where more than 2 credits have been used are not eligible for refunds.
- Expired credits: Credits that have expired are not subject to refund or extension.
Extra credit packs (50 credits for $5.00) are non-refundable. Please purchase only what you intend to use.
⚡ How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team within the eligible window:
- Email us at support@realtradertools.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address and the date of purchase
- We will review and process eligible refunds within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method

Redeker Analytics LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests that show signs of abuse, including repeated refund requests or patterns consistent with misuse of the platform.
This policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
