What is a credit?
One credit is consumed each time you run an analysis using any of our tools (Backtester, Smart DCA, etc.). Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and unused credits do not carry over. However, extra credits purchased separately are retained as long as your account remains active.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds within 24 hours of purchase if you've consumed no more than 2 credits. Extra credit top-ups are non-refundable. See our full Refund Policy.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. When upgrading, your credit balance resets to the new plan's amount.
